Beginner 1 – 10:00 AM – 1130 AM
Intermediate – 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Beginner 2 – 6:45 PM – 8:15 PM
WEDNESDAY
Beginner 1 – 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Intermediate – 5:45 PM – 7:15 PM
FRIDAY
Taoist Yoga – 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Gentle Yoga – 10:15 AM – 11:45 AM

Full Session Drop-In Classes
90 Minute Class – $15 90 Minute Class – $17
Classes are pro-rated for full sessions. Missed classes can be made up within sessions. No refunds for missed classes.
